Beatriz Joanna Diaz Leyva

Beatriz Joanna Diaz Leyva, 36, was called by the Lord on March 24, 2021.

She was preceded in death by her father, Jose Leyva.

Left to cherish her memory are her children: Enna (Alex Espitia) Diaz, Diana Diaz, Aliyah (Luis Hernandez) Diaz, Jorge (Leah Ponce) Diaz & Jose Luis Diaz, mother, Diana (Jose Rodriguez) Leyva, siblings: Melinda (Eleazar Garcia) Leyva, Jose Luis Leyva, Jennifer Dianalee (Luis) Espinoza & San Juanita (Wilmer Ramirez) Alonzo, granddaughters: Alexis & Kamila Espitia & Joanna Diaz, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Pallbearers will be: Alex Espitia, Luis Hernandez, Luis Espinoza, Ramiro Rodriguez, Joe Guzman, Jorge Diaz, Jose Luis Diaz & Wilmer Ramirez.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 30, 2021, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Gamez and Sons Funeral Home & Cremation Services where a rosary will be held at 7:00 p.m.

A funeral mass will be held on Wednesday, March 31, 2021, at San Luis Rey Catholic Church where a funeral mass will be celebrated at 8:30 a.m. Funeral home doors will open at 7:00 a.m. Procession departs at 8:00 a.m.

Interment will follow at the Laredo City Cemetery.

Funeral services are under the arrangement of Gamez & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services, 1029 Bob Bullock Loop, Laredo, Texas 78043. Please feel free to leave your condolences on our website at Gamez & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services.
