Eusebio Gonzalez Obituary
Eusebio Gonzalez, 88, passed away on Friday, September 26, 2025 in Laredo, Texas.
Mr. Gonzalez was a lifelong resident of Laredo. He lived life to the fullest and was a true hero to his family and all who knew and loved him. He had been employed with H.B. Zachry Construction in San Antonio and retired from the company after a distinguished 30-year career.
He is preceded in death by his Parents, Melquiades and Benita Gonzalez and by his siblings, Jesus Gonzalez, Maria Selvia Lopez, Rita Vergara, Olga Gonzalez, Ricardo Gonzalez, Sergio Gonzalez, Baldemar Gonzalez and Eva Gonzalez.
He is survived by his loving wife of 64 years of marriage Olga R. Gonzalez.
His children, Elizabeth Gonzalez, Eusebio Gonzalez Jr., Benita Gonzalez, Nora S. Sanders, Lourdes Gonzalez, Jose De Jesus Gonzalez and Susana Valot.
His (20) Grandchildren, (19) great-grandchildren and one great-great granddaughter.
Maternal Uncle, Eduardo Garza and his Aunt, Lalita Garza.
Also, numerous other nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 30, 2025 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and a vigil of the deceased will be officiated at 7 p.m. in the Hernandez, Lopez and Sons, Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. on San Bernardo Ave. Funeral services will begin departing the funeral home in procession at 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, October 1, 2025. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 9 a.m. at Mother Cabrini Catholic Church. Committal services and interment will follow at the Laredo City Cemetery.
