Gloria Gibney Obituary

Gloria Jane Gibney, 70, passed away peacefully in her home in Laredo, Texas, on April 30, 2025. Gloria was a strikingly beautiful woman, known for her gentle spirit, generous heart, and unwavering positivity. She had a unique ability to make others feel seen, supported, and uplifted-always ready to lend her time, her encouragement, or her presence to those she loved.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Herbert L. Gibney and Irma (Lupita) Fernandez Gibney, and her beloved son, Thomas (Tommy) Harmon Jr.
She is survived by her son, Robert Gibney of Donna, Texas; her uncle, Roberto R. Martinez of Laredo, Texas; her brothers, Herbert Gibney Jr. and Steven Gibney, both of Fort Worth, Texas; cousins Mica and Carlos Martinez and close family friends Maria, and Nora Morado.
Her memory will be lovingly cherished by all who knew her. In accordance with her wishes, no services will be held.
