Martin Raul Pedraza
January 30, 1931 - March 9, 2021
Martin Raul Pedraza, 90, entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, March 9, 2021, in Laredo, Texas.
Mr. Pedraza is preceded in death by his parents, Baltazar and Antonia Pedraza; son, Jose (Natalia+) Layton; siblings, Vicenta (Jacobo) Salazar and Leonor (Juan) Salazar; and his first wife, Clara Pedraza.
He is survived by his wife, Noemi Pedraza; children, Norma Meza, Martin Pedraza Jr., Veronica (Rick+) Avila; step children, Marie L. (Gerardo) Gamboa, Isabel Layton (Rene Rodriguez), Martha (Miguel) Luna, Benigno (Martha) Layton III, and Jesus (Laura) Layton. Mr. Pedraza is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
A prayer will be held on Sunday, March 14, 2021, at 7:00 p.m. in the Hillside Funeral Home chapel. A visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
A chapel service will be held on Monday, March 15, 2021, at 9:30 a.m. in the Hillside Funeral Home chapel. Formal procession will depart at 10:00 a.m.
Interment will follow to the family plot of the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
Due to the Covid pandemic and everyone's safety, the number of visitors will be limited. Please continue to wear a mask, practice social distancing, and honor the family from a distance. You may express your condolences to the family on our website at www.hillsidefuneral.com
Arrangements are under the direction of Hillside Funeral Home, 310 Hillside Road.
