Beverly June Felten (Woock), 91, of Lodi, California, passed away at her home on August 26, 2021 surrounded by family.
Beverly was born in 1929 to Eric and June Woock in Auburn California. Beverly spent her early childhood in Auburn before moving to Lodi where she attended local schools, graduating from Lodi Union High School and Stockton College where she studied art.
In 1947 Beverly served as the queen of the Lodi Grape and Wine Festival.
Beverly married Nicholas Felten in 1950. They owned and operated the popular Topaz restaurant for 49 years. She was an active member of Saint Anne's Church, where she sang in the choir and the Lodi Art Center. Beverly loved painting using watercolor and oils and entered her works in numerous shows and competitions.
Beverly was predeceased by her loving husband, Nicholas Felten in 2015. She is survived by her five children, Steve (Lori) Felten, Lisa (Scott) Dasko, Colette (Mark) Leal, Nicole (Paul) Applegate, and Michelle (Michael Clark) Felten; six grandchildren, Kelly, Farrah, Sarah, Eric, Danielle, Aaron; two great grandchildren, Ava and Coen; close friend and caregiver, Pam Lauber; as well as friend, Bruce Meyer.
A private graveside service will be held and a celebration of life will be October 17, 2021 at 11:00 A.M. at the Klinker Brick Winery Tasting Room.
