David Rusher Obituary
Born to William and Davene Rusher on February 27, 1956, Dave grew up playing sports and fishing with his father and brother. He was a committed Eagle Scout and played on the high school football and golf teams.
Dave married the love of his life, Wilma, nearly 40 years ago. Together they had two children, Tim and Michelle. He was a devout Dad and Papa who would do anything for his family-even if it meant spending hours on end every day Face- Timing with his four-year-old grandson, Mason.
Dave worked most of his career at Pacific Coast Producers, attaining the unofficial title of "Computer God." He used these skills outside of work volunteering at church and helping friends and family with their computer problems.
Dave loved cooking at home every day, golfing with his buddies every week, and playing fantasy football every year. He was a generous and caring person who truly enjoyed life to its fullest.
Dave is survived by his loving wife Wilma, children Michelle (Andre), Tim (Kristina), grandson Mason, and siblings Bruce (Peg) and Sue. He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Davene.
A Celebration of Life will be held at GracePoint Church on Thursday October 27, 2022 at 1:00 PM with refreshments and fellowship to follow.

I met Dave thru work at Pacific Coast Producers.
I loved working with him as you could just run down
and ask him for computer help and he was always
there for you with his great smile. He made me smile and laugh.
My husband John knew Dave as a child they actually played together as kids.
Our hearts go out to the family. The memories we have will never be forgotten.

Can't really put into words my feelings right now; losing such a good friend. I realize that as you get older you face situations like this more and more but it's never easy. I'm going to miss Dave and his smile. We both enjoyed something (fantasy football) together for over 30 years and it will never be the same or as much fun now with him not being there. As a Christian, I do find some peace knowing that Dave is now with his Lord and Savior and that we will all be together again some day. I just pray that God will surround your entire family with this comfort knowing that, even though this is very painful, that it's not the end. Going to really miss that smiling face at my front door on draft night and the great nights we had sharing our thoughts and laughs.
