Eric Duro Obituary

Eric Norman Duro Jr. passed away surrounded by family on September 23rd, 2022, at the age of 72. Eric was born September 21st, 1950, in Alliance Ohio to Eric Norman Duro Sr and Margery (Peggy) Ann Duro. Eric moved to Highlands, CA in 1960 where he grew up and went to school. He met his first wife Debby Savio in 1968, and had his three sons Nick, Eric, and Cory. He moved to Lodi, CA in 1989 and worked for Lodi Tire service for 20 years. He met his current wife Sandi Loock-Duro in 1990 and had his children Christopher and Erica. Eric's favorite pastimes were being an avid steelers fan, camping, traveling to the mountains and the beach, and being with his family.
Eric was diagnosed with M.S in 2006 and he battled this disease for 16 years amongst other illnesses.
Eric is preceded in death by his parents Eric Duro Sr. and Peggy Duro.
Eric is survived by his wife Sandi, his children Nick (Ann) Duro, Eric Duro, Cory (Shelly) Duro, Christopher Loock-Duro, and Erica (Chad) Stancil, as well as his 11 Grandchildren and his 5 great-Grandchildren. He is also survived by his brothers Craig Duro, Jeff (Pam) Duro and his sister Susan (Randy) Wohlwend, nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on October 22nd at 2pm at Monterey Park in Galt, CA.
Eric was loved by many and will be missed dearly.
