Linda Kidder Obituary

Linda Reulaine Kidder, 75, passed away February 26 with her husband by her side at their home in Acampo.
Linda was born April 22, 1947 in Lodi to Reuben and Mildred Hauck.
Except for a 7 year move to Pioneer, she remained in the Lodi area her entire life.  She met her husband, Aaron while they were both working at Pacific Coast Producers in Lodi and were married at the church in Yosemite on April 30, 1994.  Linda became close friends with Aaron's mother Laurel who was her maid of honor, while Aaron's father, Don, was his best man.
Linda loved dogs, horses, gardening, playing bocce, and sipping wine with friends.  Her infectious smile and positive attitude lit up any room she entered.  Linda enjoyed assisting her husband make wine at their winery near Lockeford.  After retiring, they continued their favorite hobby - traveling.  Their goal was to see all the National Parks in the US and were able to visit nearly 30.
She is survived by her husband Aaron Kidder, sister Lesley Neuman (Hauck), son William (Bill) Flatter Jr, step son Sean Kidder and his wife Amberly Kidder.
She is preceded in death by her parents, and sisters Sharon Penner (Pittman), Marcia Crow (Pittman), and Adrienne (Dee) Hairston (Pittman).
At her request, a Celebration of Life party, honoring Linda, will take place with family and friends this Spring at Aaron and Linda's home in Acampo.
Her husband would like to thank their family and friends along with Hospice of San Joaquin for their love and support during this difficult journey.
