ANGELO "AL" LOVALLO

Angelo "Al" Lovallo, a lifelong resident of Port Chester, died on Monday. He was 91. Mr. Lovallo was born November 1, 1908 in Italy, and was the son of the late Dominic Lovallo and Catherine Lovallo Marino. Mr. Lovallo was married September 1, 1934 to the late Ida Mazzulli at Holy Rosary Church in Port Chester. Mr. Lovallo was a devoted husband and father as well as a devoted parishioner of Holy Rosary Church. He was a member of the Port Chester Senior Citizens and the Knights of Columbus Council 503. Mr. Lovallo was employed as a machinist and electrician for RB & W Bolt and Nut factory, formerly of Port Chester. Mr. Lovallo is survived by his three daughters, Joanne Miller of Port Chester, Kathryn Niebuhr of Greenwich, CT and Mary Elizabeth Valure of Port Chester; 11 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. He is predeceased by a brother Nicholas Lovallo and a sister Sadie Carriello. His wife Ida died in February of this year. Visitation will be at Craft Memorial Home, Inc., Thursday, October 12, 2000 from 4-8 pm. Funeral Mass will be Friday at Holy Rosary Church, Don Bosco Place, Port Chester, NY, time to be announced. Entombment will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery, Rye Brook, NY. Memorial donations may be made to Juvenile Diabetes Foundation, Westchester Chapter, 237 Mamaroneck Ave., White Plains, NY.
