I would like to offer my condolences to Artie’s family. He & Ann were friends with my parents, Len & Dot Woyshner, through their membership in the New York State Association of City Councils (NYSACC). I recall many NYSACC conferences with Artie- he was so funny & always had us in stitches. After their time in office was done, he continued to correspond with my parents. They enjoyed seeing where he’d been traveling to. I have been clearing out my attic and found some boxes from my mom, which included some of Artie’s postcards. I decided to look him up and discovered this sad news. He was a unique person & I am glad to have known him.
