ASSUNTA MARSELLA Obituary
Assunta Marsella, a Mamaroneck resident, passed away May 10, 2012 at age 81. Born October 2, 1930 in Roccasecca, Italy to the late Antonio and Pasqua (Grimaldi) Castiglia. Assunta worked for the Mamaroneck High School as a Matron. She is survived by her cherished children Rita (Debbie Frieder) Marsella, John (Sue) Marsella, Carol (Jeff) Melkonian, Mary (Marino) Pignataro, Tommaso (Megan) Marsella, 15 adoring grandchildren, loving sisters Domenica Esposito, Vincenzina Falco and many more in Europe. Also surviving her are a brother-in-law and sister-in-law Ascenzio and Louisa Marsella, and many loving nieces and nephews. Visitation TODAY, Friday, 2-4 and 7-9pm at COXE & GRAZIANO FUNERAL HOME, 767 E. Boston Post Rd, Mamaroneck. 914-698-5968.
