Barbara Gessler Obituary
Barbara E. Gessler, 80, of West Harrison, N.Y. died on Oct. 20, 2013 at White Plains Hospital Center. She was born on March 24, 1933 to the late Charles and Carrie
Walthew in New Rochelle, N.Y. Barbara was a retired switchboard operator with AT&T in White Plains, N.Y. She was predeceased by her devoted husband, Alfred
Gessler in 2004 and by her son, Alfred in 1983. Barbara is survived by her loving children, Kenneth (Roseanne) Gessler of Mt.Kisco, N.Y., Carl (Yolanda) Gessler of England, Carrie Doery of Redding, Conn. and Louise Terraciano of Marietta, GA. Also survived by her nine cherished grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Reposing, Hawthorne Funeral Home on Wednesday, 4-8 PM. Where funeral services will be held on Thursday, 10 AM. Interment, White Plains Rural Cemetery, White Plains, N.Y. In lieu of flowers donations to American Cancer Society would be appreciated.
