DR. BENJAMIN A. LINDEN

Dr. Benjamin A. Linden, 87, a longtime resident of Rye, died at home on March 23, 2004. Dr. Linden for many years was a well-respected veterinarian, earning his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Cornell University. He is survived by his wife, Leah of 22 years; his sons: Dr. Robert Linden and his wife, Caren of Niantic, CT and Richard Linden and his wife, Katie of Andover, CT; his stepchildren: Bill Stein and Fred Stein of New York City and Roberta S. Ham and her husband, Jack of Rye. Also survived by five grandchildren: Jeremy, Beth, Todd, Ellie, John and step-grandson, James. Family members who died earlier include his first wife, Betty; his sister, Evelyn and most recently his brother, Harry. A private Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
