Edward Fitzpatrick Obituary
Edward Brian Fitzpatrick, 63, of Tarrytown passed away peacefully on June 20, 2017 surrounded by his loving family.
Brian was born on November 21, 1953 in Tarrytown, New York to the late Edward and Veronica Shea Fitzpatrick. He grew up in Sleepy Hollow, graduated from Sleepy Hollow High School and earned his Bachelor's degree from SUNY Plattsburgh. He was employed by Greenrock Corporation, Pocantico Hills for more than 35 years, retiring in 2016. Brian was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles in Sleepy Hollow.
Brian is survived by his sister and brother-in-law Jane and David Arute of Southington, CT, his niece Kristin Arute and her fiancé Michael Terlizzi and special cousins Patrice and Jim Adams of New Britain, CT and Joni and Jay Malcynsky of Chester, CT and many kind and wonderful friends who encouraged and supported him in so many ways during his illness.
Calling hours will be held at Coffey Funeral Home on Friday, June 23 (today) from 4:00-7:00. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, June 24 at 9:00 a.m. at Saint Teresa's Church, 130 Beekman Avenue, Sleepy Hollow, NY. Interment will follow at Sleepy Hollow Cemetery.
