Eleanor Pennell Obituary
Bronxville - Eleanor Pennell, 87, long time resident of Bronxville, NY died peacefully in her sleep January 27th after a long illness. She was a graduate of Chatham Hall and Wellesley College. Her parents, Elizabeth and Henry B. Pennell Jr. also of Bronxville, her brothers, Edward H Pennell, Henry B. Pennell III and her nephew, Richard W. Pennell, predeceased Ms. Pennell. Four nieces survive her: Elizabeth Pennell Bedrosian, Evelyn Pennell Breeden (David), Linda Pennell (Leon) and Katharine Pennell Beazley (Thomas) along with six great nieces. Services will be private.

So sorry to learn of Eleanor's passing. I have known her since I was very young and always had great admiration for her. My brothers and I worked for her Mother and Father, and then for her. Over the years we watched the many changes in her life.
