ISABEL JAZZO

Isabel Jazzo, a resident of Tappan, NY, died on February 1, 2008 at Pine Valley Nursing Home in Hillcrest, NY. She was born in Nanticoke, PA to William and Sofia Vinchkoski on November 8, 1921. Isabel worked in Yonkers, NY at Precision Valves. She was a member of the Tappan Senior Citizens and the Thorpe Village Senior Center. Isabel was predeceased by her husband, John Philip, who died in 1974. She is survived by her children, Jacquelyn Rusin, Linda Conte and Raymond Jazzo; her sisters, Phyllis Hanych and Celia Sampson; and her four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. She was also predeceased by her brother, Benjamin Vinchkoski. A funeral service will be held Tuesday, 10 am, at the Moritz Funeral Home in Tappan, NY with burial to follow at St. Mary's Cemetery in Yonkers, NY. Visiting hours will be Monday, 2-4 and 7-9 pm.
