The Knapp Family,

I have so many memories of your family and David was always adding to the fun and diversity of the gatherings. David, like all of you, treated me like I was a member of the family. I will miss him.

When I first heard the sad news, I couldn't help but think that Helen will have been the first to greet him. God bless you all.

Love,

bette

I wish to express my profound sympathy to the Knapp Family. Dave was a friend of mine at AHS, we graduated together, and were in the same class. I talked to him on the phone a few times, since I was a friend of LOPO`S also here in Fla., He & Lop, are together now. May the good Lord take a extra special like`n to Dave ,as we all did. He was a great friend, and a lotta fun to be around. He was Special. Rest in Peace Dave. With Sincerity, Paul Knecht

Dear Pat,
I am so sorry to hear of Dave's passing. I am so glad I had a chance to visit with him at Wegeman's last year. My memories go way back to high school with Dave and the many times while I was in the Navy when he took me back to New Brunswick with him to catch the train. I'm happy to say we were as close as brothers for the longest while. Since I am in Florida, I will be unable to attend the services but my prayers and love will be with you and your daughter and family. With fond memories,
Jim Tannous
