Mc Andrew, John J. "Jack"

John J. ("Jack") McAndrew of Crugers passed away on Sunday after a hard-fought battle with lymphoma. He is survived by his devoted wife of 49 years, Maria (DeFina) McAndrew, his loving children and their spouses, Melissa and James Rinzler and John and Clare McAndrew, and his beloved grandsons Adin, Sam, and Paul Rinzler, and Owen and Nolan McAndrew. He is also survived by his sister-in-law Jill McAndrew. He was predeceased by his brother, David McAndrew, and parents Anna (Murphy) and John McAndrew.Visiting hours will be held Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 at Cortlandt Funeral Home, Verplanck, NY. A funeral mass will be held Thursday at 10 am at St. John's Church, Graymoor, Garrison, NY.Jack will be remembered for his integrity, love of music, pride in his Irish heritage, and the joy he took in his family and many friends.In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, www.lls.org.
