To Barbara and Family,
I was so very sorry to hear about John's passing. He was my first industrial design boss at Walter Dorwin Teague Associates in New York. After we moved to back to Michigan in 1977, I saw him again at a WDTA reunion in 2015. I told him that through all those years, I had been looking forward to thanking him in person for everything I learned from him and was able to apply to my own career. When I think about his style of leadership, I know that everyone on his design team respected him for his clear communication providing direction and decisiveness, while having fun at the same time. Every boss I ever had was measured against John Pardo. With love, John and Linda Buck Baltimore, Maryland
