JULIA LORUSSO Obituary

Julia Santoro Lorusso passed away peacefully on June 14, 2006 in Baltimore, Maryland, at the age of 91. Beloved wife of the de ceased Daniel P. Lorusso, both long time residents of Eastchester, NY. Cherished mother of Kathleen A. Cornet, dearest mother-in-law of Steve Cornet ,and deep ly treasured by grand children, Jason, Melissa and Amy Cornet - all of Baltimore, MD. Born in Staten Island, NY in 1915, she earned her B.A. in teaching from Hunter College. She had a long tenure at PS 71, Bronx, NY as a kindergarten teacher. At her retirement in 1987, she relocated to California and subse quently to MD to be with her family. Reposing at WEST CHESTER FUNERAL HOME, INC., Eastchester, NY on Tuesday, June 20, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM. Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 AM Wednes day, June 21, at Immaculate Conception Church, Tuckahoe, NY. Interment following at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, New Rochelle.
