Kathryn Salani Obituary
Kathryn Hopkinson Salani, 55, died on July 21, 2013 at the Rosary Hill Home following a courageous battle with cancer. Born in Bronxville on April 9, 1958, she was the daughter of Henry C. and Patricia Carney Hopkinson. She was employed as a cook at the Rosary Hill Home in Hawthorne. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her son, Robert Salani; sisters, Carol Ranalli and Janet Hopkinson; brothers, Andrew Hopkinson, James Hopkinson and Peter Hopkinson. She was predeceased by her brother, Edward T. Hopkinson. Calling hours on Wednesday from 7-9pm and Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9pm at the McHoul Funeral Home, Inc., 895 Route 82, Hopewell Jct. Funeral Mass on Friday at 10am at St. Stanislaus Church, 1590 Main Street, Pleasant Valley followed by interment in the Clove Cemetery in Union Vale. Memorial donations to Rosary Hill Home.
