Flood, Logan Tyler
Logan Tyler Flood, age 22, of Peekskill, died on Friday, March 27th, 2015. Logan fought substance abuse for 8 years of his short life. He experienced many periods of success, during which he was fully himself; a kind, intuitive, strong and generous young man. Ultimately he lost his battle, and is now another heartbreaking reminder of the heroin epidemic in this country.
He leaves behind his parents, Kathleen Pemble and Charles Flood, his brother Giliean Pemble Flood, his grandmother Lois Pemble and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Logan was born on August 15, 1992 in Manhattan. He was a devoted music enthusiast, and could play a little something on any instrument he picked up. He had a curious nature and was a defender of others in need.
A Memorial Gathering for Logan has been scheduled for Wednesday, April 1st at St. Mary's Parish Hall, 1 Chestnut St., Cold Spring, NY (corner of Routes 9D and 301/Main St).
Family, friends, and others are welcome from 2:00-4:00 pm and 6:30-9:30 pm. The service will be held in The Parish Hall at 7:00 pm. A reception will follow.
Logan was an organ donor and has already saved lives by making that choice. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to: https://www.donatelifeny.org/contribution/
