A lovely lady, always had a smile and a kind word. I met Louise when I worked for a pediatrics office, and then an Orthopedics office. She would always call and ask for me when she needed a patient of hers to be seen quickly. She had the biggest heart. I moved out of state for a few years, and when I moved back, I found out she had passed away. Devastating news to say the least. I was hoping to see her again. Rest in Peace Louise, you will be missed but never forgotten.

Whenever I called Bardonia Pediatrics and Louise answered the phone, it was like a breath of fresh air, like talking to my Mom - I can still hear her voice. I just loved her so much. A few months ago I realized that she was related to "Mrs. Potenza" who was the student aide for my children at St. Margaret's. I was so saddened to hear the news last night from Dr. Ortiz. My heart breaks for your family and for all of the staff at Bardonia Pediatrics during this difficult time. May God Bless you all and help you heal. Louise was an angel on earth, and now an angel in heaven.

Words cannot express how deeply saddened I feel. Louise was such a loving, kind, and nurturing spirit. Although I only knew her from office visits, she alway had a way of making me feel special. As if I was the only one standing there needing help. The love she showed me and my kids I will forever hold in my heart. God gained another angel in heaven. Rest peacefully dear woman. I will miss you??

May God bless all her loved ones with peace and healing.

I've only known Louise for 2 years but I immediately felt like I knew her forever. When I joined Bardonia Pediatrics she was so kind to me in a time of great stress and transition as I left my other practice of 14 years. She was so kind to the patients that followed me. She brought me flowers on my first day and treated me like family. She called on holidays and just because. I will always be thankful for the spur of the moment lunch we shared about a month ago. I never thought it would be the last time I saw her but I'm so glad we just sat and talked. We share a name and she will always have a place in my heart. I loved her and will miss her forever. My heart goes out to her family...most of whom I just met over the last two days. May you have peace in the days ahead.
