Miguel and I were friends since 1st Grade. We lost touch going into HS. I went to WPHS and he went to Rochambeau. I saw him a couple weeks before his passing, he was full of excitement about his newest job and his latest tattoo. My cousin and I were happy to see him and his energy. I think about him often, the way he stood up for me in Elementary school when I was getting bullied. I´ll never forget the way he had my back... I just wish I had his more. I turned 27 two weeks ago and it´s hard to believe it´s been more than half a decade. I wish we could´ve seen each other´s journeys even if it was from far away. Thank you Miguel

I'm so sorry.. me and Miguel used to be best friends my name is Cengiz (Jengiz) Miguel s mother used to make me hamburgers and I would stay at his house all the time.. we stopped talking after a while.. but I new Miguel was a good kid deep down... He had potential. I am truly sorry for your loss. Because if this was back in middle school. I would've been devastated. I would've attended the funeral but I live in a different country now... I want to virtually give Miguels mother a big hug.
