Modestino Santucci Obituary
Modestino Santucci of Ossining died Mar. 10, 2017, he was 84. He was born Nov. 27, 1932 in Sassinoro, Italy to Domenico & Crescenza (Chiarotti) Santucci. Modestino worked in construction for many years. He is survived by his wife Berta, sons Domenico (Carmela), Hector, Nino (Maria), grandchildren Mario, Marisa, Brianna, Alexa, Lorenzo, Giovanni, Lucas, Matteo, brothers Ettore (Pina), Alfredo (Teresa), sisters Lucy Martin, Amelia Fabbri and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Modestino was pre-deceased by his sister Maria Laviano. He will be reposing Sun. 4-8pm at Leach & Thomas, Inc. 32 State St. Ossining. Mass of Christian Burial Mon. 10am at St. Ann's Church, burial St. Augustine's Cemetery.

I miss you so much. Every time I see the brown recliner chair at yours and Nonni's house I just get flashbacks to being little me running around with you sitting in the chair. When I focus hard enough I can still remember the smell of you and I cherish that. I miss all the little wood creations you would make and I miss hugging you in your chair everytime we came to the house. Everyone is doing good and I wish you could see all of your grand kids grow up. We are all adults now except Matteo he is senior in highschool, but he's almost there. I want to attach a photo for you to see me all grown up in a suit and tie. I hope you like it. Love you forever and always
