MORGAN B. PURDY

MORGAN PURDY Obituary

Morgan B. Purdy, of Fishkill, formerly of Ossining, died December 12, 2009, he was 81. He was born November 8, 1928 in Ossining to Harold & Catherine Bell Purdy. Morgan served in the USMC after high school. He was a police officer in Croton & Ossining for a few years. He later worked for IBM in Armonk for many years. Morgan was a member of the American Legion Post 506 and assoc. member of Holla Hose. He is survived by his wife Virginia, son Morgan (Betsy), daughters Catherine (Robert) Adler, Patricia (Charles) McCann, sister Dorothy, grandchildren Kristin, Jessica, Morgan W., Autumn and great-grandchildren Regan, Kaitlyn. He will be reposing Tuesday 6-9PM at Leach & Thomas, Inc. 32 State St. Ossining. Graveside Service Wednesday 11AM at Dale Cemetery. leachandthomas.com
