I was very sorry to hear of Ron's passing. He was a wonderful friend in high school and for a few years afterwards until we lost touch with one another. My sincere condolences to his family.

To the Topping family as well as to Patricia, Ron's sister, I send deepest condolences. I knew Ron when I was a classmate of Pat's at St. Barnabas High School. We shared some wonderful times together as young people. Ron was a dear person and a good friend to his sister and her friends.
My thoughts and prayers are with the family.

We were so sorry to hear of Ron's passing. We spent many times together on the tennis courts, platform tennis courts and in discussions about education. He was an outstanding educator who dedicatedly served the students of White Plains Schools for many years. He has left a lasting mark of caring. compassion and dedication to all of us who were fortunate enough to know him.
Our thoughts, prayers & love are extended to Olga & family.

Ron hired me back in 1993 and served as my Administrator for the Wings program? He was a wonderful mentor and a gentleman. I remember bringing my young daughter to a meeting at Ron's office( babysitter problems) and Ron gave her some paper and colored pencils to keep her occupied. When she completed her drawing he hung it up in his office where it remained until he retired. He will be
missed.

To all the Toppings,
I am so sad to learn of Ron's death. I know he was a great husband, a loving, caring father and an outstanding educator. I remember his enthusiasm, his energy, and his optimism so well. His contributions to White Plains both in his career and his retirement will long be remembered. I share your loss and hope your memories live forever.
Fondly,

I am sorry to hear of the passing of Doctor Topping. He has always been a kind man to me through the years, whether back in my school days or in later years at OLS. I was also very impressed with the solo show he had at the White Plains Library a few years ago. Rest in peace.
