RUDOLF T. NONATO

Rudolf T. Nonato, R.Ph., of Tappan, NY, passed away on November 18, 2007 at Westchester County Medical Center, Valhalla, NY. Born in Manila, Philippines on November 19, 1946, he graduated from Far Eastern University with a degree in Pharmacy and began his career at Eli Lilly and Co. He left the Philippines and came to the United States and three decades later his career in the Pharmaceutical Industry has given him experience in companies such as Glaxo Smith Kline, Merck, and finally Novartis where he became a top Representative as an Oncology Account Specialist. Always an athlete, he played tennis regularly at Independence Park in Tappan and competed in local USTA tournaments. Rudolf is survived by his wife, Charmiya C. Nonato, M.D. and his two children, Nicole V. Nonato, R.Ph. and James D. Nonato R.Ph. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Mortitz Funeral Home in Tappan. Viewing will be held on Wednesday, November 21st, 7-9 pm and Friday, November 23rd, 2-4 and 7-9 pm. A Funeral Mass will be held Saturday, November 24th, 10 am, at St. Catharine's Church in Blauvelt, NY with burial to follow at St. Anthony's Cemetery in Nanuet, NY.
