TERRY LYNN O'DONNELL

Terry Lynn O'Donnell, 52, passed away on Monday, August 28, 2006 in East Orleans, Massachusetts, just up the street from her beloved Nanset Beach. A lifetime resident of Pearl River, NY, Terry is survived by her husband, Thomas Dennis O'Donnell III, daughter, Christi-Marie Lynn O'Donnell; son, Thomas Dennis O'Donnell IV; mother, Ursula Kannry; sister Kathryn Adams and nieces and nephew, Kimberly, Jennifer and Michael William Adams, in addition to countless loving in-laws, cousins and extended family members. A 1972 graduate of Pearl River High School and a 1977 graduate of Dominican College, Blauvelt, NY, Terry was passionately devoted to her family and to the study of local history and local lore. A deep and abiding love of nature was present in every aspect of her life and the legacy of Terry's enthusiastic creativity will continue to influence all of those whose lives she touched. A Memorial Service will be held for Terry on Saturday, September 2, at 1:30 pm, at the Assumma-Shankey Funeral Home at 34 N. Summit St. in Pearl River, with calling hours from 12 to 3 pm. Terry was a supporter of the Cape Cod National Seashore. A Memorial Bench will be erected in her memory at First Encounter Beach in Eastham, MA.
