Theresa Masseo Obituary
Theresa Masseo, a longtime resident of Willow Towers in New Rochelle, passed away on January 24, 2014 at the age of 98. She was born on December 13, 1915 to the late Felix and Laura Miraglia in New York City. Theresa retired as a Manager from Apple Bank. Prior to that she had a long career in the garment industry as a production manager and designer, often times modeling the creations. Theresa is survived by her daughter, Lorraine (Lori) DiPietro (Joseph) of Naples, FL, eight grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren. Along with her parents she was predeceased by her husband Michael Masseo, a daughter, Muriel Masseo, and a son, Michael Masseo. Visitation will be held Tuesday, January 28, 2014 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM at THE WESTCHESTER FUNERAL HOME, INC., EASTCHESTER. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, January 29, 2014, 10:30 am at the Immaculate Conception Church, Tuckahoe. Interment to follow at the Woodlawn Cemetery, Bronx. In lieu of flowers memorials are suggested to the American Diabetes Association 149 Madison Avenue New York, NY 10016.
