Lori Millard Obituary

Lori Linn Millard
November 15, 1960 - August 18, 2011
Lori Linn Millard, at the age of 50, was called to heaven on Tuesday, August 18, 2011 in Houston Texas from complications of many illnesses. Lori will be deeply missed and was loved tremendously by her family.
Lori was born in Council Bluffs Iowa on October 15th 1960 to Jeri Millard (deceased) and Elaine Millard. Throughout her life Lori held many positions in the public service industry that were usually in management positions. Lori had a great sense of humor and had many laughs with family and friends throughout her life. Anyone her knew Lori knew she always had an opinion on many things and she spoke her mind often. Lori loved her family dearly and worked very hard throughout her life to keep her family together. Some of Lori's last wishes were that her family stays together no matter what circumstances come about. Lori loved country western music and dancing. She was quick to "cut a rug" when her favorite songs were played.
Lori is survived by her mother Elaine Millard; brother David Millard; her children Jeri Andreasen, Kristen Smith, Jane Reiger, Matthew Reiger, and Samantha Millard; to include 20 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; two nephews; and her domestic partner of 20 years, Johnny Fitzgerald of Alpine, Texas.
Lori was preceded in death by her late husband Richard Reiger of Houston, Texas.
Services for Lori Linn Millard were held at 2:00PM on Saturday, August 20, 2011 at the Niday Funeral House, 12440 Beamer Road, Houston Texas, 77087.

Wow so sorry to hear of Lori's passing, I met Lori when we were just young kids riding ponys around town, My heart and prayers go out to her family~ Lori was a good person and would do anything for anyone she cared for, she will truely be missed, It's been a very long time since I've seen or talked to her, but she was there for me when I needed her, back in the day... God Bless her always, & May God hold her family up and ease their pain of their loss, Good bye old friend~R.I.P.
