My wife and I knew Noel through the Lompoc Civic Theatre (LCT), though we never had the opportunity to join her on stage, we always enjoyed her performances or being greeted by her at the door to another production. Her passion for the arts, cats (VIVA), and commitment to the community will never be forgotten. Thank you Noel for all that you have accomplished in life, you've touched so many lives.

I had the pleasure of meeting Noel from working with her at LCT Theater. I was in the play "Artificial Jungle" with her..she was so kind to me and helped me by giving
me tips and encouragement on acting since I was new.. my condolences to her family. Rest in Peace Noel.

Condolences to Noels family friends and loved ones. May you rest in peace. Thank you sweet lady for your love compassion for volunteering taking care of the furbabies at VIVA. I am a Lompoc Resident since 1963& also volunteered at Viva. So I may or may not have worked or visted with Noel. But she has a beautiful heart with taking care of furbabies
