I remember Mrs. Payne quite well! She was a very fine lady liked by all. When I was a young man in the 70s, I came to Dulles to work for United Airlines. I, along with my two buddies, rented the upstairs Apt. at Winslow Williams where we became fond of Mrs. Payne. RIP in Heavenly peace Mrs. Payne!

I was a young man when I came to Virginia in the early 1970s. Back in those days, money was tight, I shared a apartment upstairs of the Winslow Williams Office. I remember Mrs. Furr and the staff fondly, she was very kind to us, always passing her wonderful spirit to others. Mrs. Furr, you will be remembered by so many others, take your well deserve seat in Heaven Angel Lady!
