85, passed away Monday, October 4, 2021.
A native of Elkton KY, Alma lost her mother, Aline to tuberculosis when she was 7 years old. Her father, Woodrow Waggoner remarried Nora Bell (Pulley), the woman who would raise and nurture Alma and her 9 siblings. Alma's hobbies included, reading the Bible, cooking, traveling and her award-winning quilting.
Alma was preceded in death by her parents; daughters, Denise and Denita and sister, Zeke.
She is survived by her husband of 65 years, Leonard C. White; son, Dewayne White (Connie); brothers, David, Joe, Jeff, Darrell and Clay Waggoner; sisters, Fay Brown, Sandy Ing and Nena Francies; grandchildren, Kristin Broome (JR) and Kattie Mozeleski (Scott) and great-grandchildren, Julian, Ruby, Carter and Logan.
Do to Covid-19 precautions, her service is private.

Sorry to hear of Alma's passing. She and I worked together at Celanese/Devoe Paint.

So sorry. We were friends for years. Walnut St Baptist Church members. Loved Alma dearly. We had lunch many times, movies etc.
Encouraged each other and shared our love for Jesus and our
Church. Since I moved to Florida five years ago, had long distance phone calls. Condolences to her family.
