Louisville - passed into God's presence on April 2, 2021. He was an alumni of Moore High School and a line cook at KFC. Survivors include his mother, Grunda Sue Lewis; sons, Anthony L Lewis Jr. and Azreal L Lewis; sister, Sharonda M Fawbush; twin brother, Antwuan E Lewis.
Walk-through visitation: 10-11 am Saturday with funeral services following at
G.C. Williams Funeral Home. Burial in Louisville, Cemetery.
