Barbara Roberts Obituary
77, of Louisville, KY, passed away on July 19, 2015.
Barbara was born on April 5, 1938 in Cincinnati, OH, to the late Albert and Annie (Maddox) Smith. She was also preceded in death by her sister, Mary Ann Simms.
Barbara is survived by her husband of 45 years, Auguster Roberts; son, Michael Anthony Roberts (Triquina), daughter, Cassaundra Antoinette Moore (Kevin), 10 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren; sister, Vimala Devi; brother, Albert (Vernell) Smith, Jr.; sister-in-law, Betty Jean Herndon. Barbara was also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. Wednesday, July 22, 2015 at Forest Tabernacle Baptist Church, 4205 East Indian Trail, Louisville, KY, 40213 with funeral ceremonies to follow at 12 noon. Burial will immediately follow at Louisville Memorial Gardens East.
Memorial contributions may be made to The American Cancer Society and Hosparus of Louisville.
