Smith, Christopher Lindsey,

58, passed away suddenly on January 18, 2016 at his home in Louisville.

Chris was born in Louisville on December 15, 1957 and grew up in Louisville, becoming a skilled carpenter. He loved to golf but not as much as he loved his Kentucky Wildcats.

Chris was a gentle soul who always had a smile and a kind word for everyone he knew. He was very much loved by his family, friends and his 2 dogs, Frank and Gus, and he will be missed.

Funeral service will be 11 AM Thursday at St. Frances of Rome Catholic Church 2119 Payne Street. Private burial at Cave Hill Cemetery. Visitation 4-7 PM Wednesday at Pearson's 149 Breckenridge Lane.
