David Tappel Obituary
65, passed away Wednesday, February 17, 2016.
David was a retired master certified welder with the Iron Workers Union Local #70 and was an Army Veteran of the Vietnam War. He was an avid auto mechanic and enthusiast, starting in his early teens, working in his family auto yard.
He is survived by sons, Nicholas Lee Tappel (Taylor) and David Allen Tappel; brothers, Mike Tappel (Kathy) and Robert Bissig (Rena); sister, Cathy Simon and 1 grandchild.
Celebration of Life will be 7pm Tuesday at J.B. Ratterman & Sons, 2114 W. Market St. Visitation will be 12-7 p.m. Tuesday.

So sorry. Praying for the Tappel family. I will always remember this man. I've known him for many years. Him and my dad ( Charlie Tomes) ran around for many years. You rest in heaven honey. We love you.
