Dave was such a good guy! I don't think I'll ever know another like him. He would give you the shirt off his back, and then some.
Really miss you Dave! I hope your beautiful daughters are doing well. We miss you man!

David's family and ours were backyard neighbors. When we moved to the house in 2005, they were very welcoming, we became friends and our daughters did too. Dave was always very enthusiastic and I enjoyed talking to him about thoroughbreds and many other things. Always in good spirits, he always had a great story to tell. He was a great dad and always willing to help in any form or manner. Rest in peace Dave.

David,
I shall miss our daily talks of love, dreams, laughter, music, friends, and baseball. Our hearts danced together. We were each other's daily cup of coffee in the morning, our moon at night. To do without a day talking was unthinkable.
You were my dearest heart, my greatest friend. His heart spoke of love and hopes shared, his joy of life, stories and jokes shared.
He loved his daughters, dogs, baseball, whiskey, water, and dear friends. David was complex yet simple, put his helmet on and got in the game whatever it was.
A bright star.
He shall be missed. This is the hardest.
Goodnight, my Sweet Prince.

Dave was a wonderful guy, extremely funny, and a joy to be around. I loved his sense of humor and positivity. A ridiculously good athlete, extremely fast - even played soccer as goalie for a year in adult league soccer and threw the ball a mile, baseball style, instead of punting. A phenomenal guy with a ton of great stories. I truly enjoyed his company and friendship. Even though its been years since I last saw him, I will miss him. Peace to his family and all his loved ones.
