Elsie Quiggins Obituary
Elsie was a member of Valley View Community Church.
She is preceded in death by her daughter, Sharon Dean; and her parents, Clarence and Genve Cooper.
Survivors include her husband of 62 years, George P. Quiggins; a grandson, Michael Dean; four nieces and two nephews.
Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Owen Funeral Home 5317 Dixie Hwy., with cremation to follow. Visitation will be 1-8 .p.m. Monday.

I was one of the many individuals who was afforded the opportunity to provide care for Elsie while she lived at Wesley Manor. I will never forget her. She was quite a card and just a blast to be around. We certainly did love her. Condolences to the family. God Bless.

Let me first identify myself. I am Ruel Robinson's sister and a very dear and close friend of Lina Hess and she had kept me up dated about Elsie for sometime. May God encircle you with His love and give you peace. I know this has been a long difficult time for you and our prayers are with you.
