My sympathy to Phil's family. We were teenagers together at the Lebanese-American Club many years ago. May he rest in peace.

My deepest sympathy to all of you. I worked for Deeb & Deeb, PSC, back in the eighties, and won't ever forget this wonderful family. My heart goes out to you in your sorrow.

Without Phil Jr., our family law community will never be the same. I first had the pleasure of meeting Phil in 2001, when he graciously offered to share his child custody expertise with me when I was preparing for a difficult trial. Little did I know that in 2006, I would be enjoying the pleasure of sharing office space with Phyllis, complete with the added bonus of having Phil across the hall. The Deebs certainly have enriched my life, and I extend my deepest sympathy to Phil Deeb Sr., Phyllis and the other members of Phil Jr.'s family.

Phil and his very able assistant, Shayne Brown, helped me through a tough divorce some years ago. He was fair, thoughtful, and hard working. Often he spoke of his son, whom he adored. He faced cancer with courage and dignity. I was proud to know him.

We are so sorry to learn of Phil's passing. Mr. Deeb was a tenacious, brilliant Family Court practitioner, and yet always the gentleman! We will always remember his kindness and wish to extend our sincere condolences to his family and friends, especially dear Phyllis. Karen Collins and Ken McCardwell

My prayers and thoughts are with you during this difficult time. I haven't seen Phil since high school, but we went steady when we were juniors in high school. He was a dear friend and truly a gentleman. Remember that God has not taken him from us; He has hidden him in His Heart that he may be closer to ours.

I have lost a great friend. I will miss him. Above all else that I admired about Phil, it was his loyalty to his family and friends, and his courage in the face of adversity that most struck me. As a fellow sailor, I am reminded of old seafaring lore that "sailors never die; they are just sailing over the horizon where we can no longer see them".
Don't cry because its over. Smile because it happened. Viao Con Dios mia amigo.

My dear Zene and family of Phil, my prayers and thoughts are with you during this time of loss. I had the privilege of meeting Phil just last year. He had such and endearing spirit and immediately became a friend. We will always have those treasured memories of Gatlinburg. We can take comfort that Phils pain is no more an issue and he is at peace. Memories are ones legacy to their families and friends.
