Ivory Johnson Obituary
He retired from Orkin Exterminating Company in 2008 after 44 years of service. He was a United States Marine Corps veteran and a 1959 graduate of Central High School.
He is survived by his wife, Willornita Smith Johnson; daughter, Dr. Leah Sledge (Elder Patrick), of Masaua, Japan; son, Ivory Lee Johnson Jr. (Lutonia), of Detroit, MI; sister, Charlie Mae Cartwright (William), of Decatur, GA; six grandchildren and his mother-in-law, Mrs. Everlean Smith, of Louisville.
Services will be held noon Monday at New Horizon Full Gospel Church, 2202 Dixie Hwy., Louisville. Visitation will be on Monday from 10 a.m. until the time of service. Burial will be in Green Meadows Memorial Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to Bluitt & Son Funeral Home, Kokomo, Indiana.

There is truly a vacant space in our family with Ivory's going home to be with
the Lord. I thank God for the life and love we share with him. We LOVE you Nita, Lil Ivory and Leah. Continue to look up.
