I am so sorry to hear of Uncle Jim's passing. The last time we visited, he reminded me so much of my dad and reminded me of how much we miss the ones we lose. My thoughts are with Aunt Dottie, Alan and Marilyn

I have so many fond memories of Christmas at Grandma's house. I looked forward to seeing Uncle Jimmie and Aunt Dottie then. I also loved their visits after Grandma passed away. No matter how long it was between visits, their love for us as their family was always evident in the visits, Christmas cards (with very tiny writing) and in the wonderful emails. I personally will miss Uncle Jimmie. All my love to Aunt Dottie, Alan and his family and Marilyn and her family. My prayers are with you all.

I have many memories of Uncle Jimmie from teaching me to make cheddar cheese omlets, too enjoying pecan ice cream, sharing Carbone's italian dressing and being my favorite e-mail buddy. Just recently he sent this message to me. "It takes a minute to find a special person, an hour to appreciate them, a day to love them, and an entire life time to forget them." His generosity and love is our's forever.
