I did not know Mrs. Osborne, but Coach Osborne was an instructor of mine at Georgetown College. I am so sorry to hear of Mrs. Osborne's passing. My grandmother grew up in Four Mile, KY with Happy, Sr. She has told me some wonderful stories about both Mr. and Mrs. Osborne. Mrs. Osborne will be greatly missed. My family and I would like to extend our deepest sympathy to the Osborne family.

Mr. Osborne and family, I was a student in Mrs. Osborne's English class and your Science class in - gee, way back when. I remember Mrs. Osborne
bringing little Happy over to our home on Elm St. and sitting with my mother and talking. I thought that was really neat. I have such fond memories of you both. I am so very sorry for your loss. Monica Barnes Johnston

Mr. Osborne, you and Mrs.Osborne were my teachers in 7th & 8th grade at Falmouth. I was Cheryl Hughes then. All of us students loved you both. My favorite memory of Mrs. Osborne was when she took our whole class (geography, I think) to the home ec room and taught us how to cook an authentic Mexican meal. In those days at Falmouth that was unheard of. She was wonderful and I will never forget her! It was teachers like you guys that inspired me to devote 32 years of my life to teaching. I am so sorry for your loss because I know she was the love of your life. Thankfully, you know that this is not the end and that you will be reunited with her in Heaven. God bless you and your family.

Happy, I don't know if you will remember me, but I was Sandy Mardis in 1960 when you and Janice taught at Falmouth (Junior) High. I think I learned more about politics and government in that year with Janice as my teacher than any other year of school after that! She was a wonderful teacher and a beautiful lady :)

I am so sorry for your loss. Your mother had such a positive impact on my teenage years when she used to drive all of us Lynch girls everywhere. She treated everyone like a member of the family and always let us hang out at her house endlessly while we planned our next social event. She was a very special person. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

Hey Coach......So sorry for your loss. I have lost one of my parents and I certainly sympathize with you. I will be praying for you and the family during the coming days.
