Conley, Jill Suzanne (Brzezinski),
38, formerly of Canton, Michigan, passed away peacefully in her Louisville home, Tuesday, February 2, 2016, surrounded by devoted family.
Jill's life was taken, far before her time, following a six year battle with cancer. Her unwavering spirit has been an inspiration to many, and her journey has left an indescribable footprint. Bravery, beauty, and compassion embodied this angel while on earth, leaving those she touched with a light that will forever shine.
She leaves to cherish her memory, husband and love of her life, Barton Conley; adoring mother, Rosemary Kay Duchon; father, Keith Brzezinski; step-father, Peter Duchon; grandmother, Jessie Kay; brothers, Steven, Shawn, and Jamie Brzezinski (Amanda McKeand); step-brother, Jason Duchon; step-sister, Joanna Duchon; aunts, Mary Sue Croteau (Gary) and Christine Brzezinski; nieces and nephews, Averie Suzanne, Corey, Bradley, Skye, Ruthie, Landy, Bayley, Jacob and Brady; Jill's in-laws, Pat and Betty Conley, Patrick (Beth), Lisa, Craig (Tracey) and Keith; as well as many beloved cousins and countless dear friends. Jill was also a loving mother to Honeybear and Baby Hope.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, February 6, 2016 at St. Patrick Catholic Church, 1000 North Beckley Station Road, with cremation to follow. Visitation will be held Friday from 2-8 p.m. at Ratterman & Sons Funeral Home, 3800 Bardstown Road.
A memorial visitation will be held the following weekend, Saturday February 13, 2016 at Griffin Funeral Home in Northville, Michigan from 2-6 p.m. Additional arrangements are also being made for a celebration of Jill's life in Las Vegas, Nevada at a later date.
