Dear Mr. Moise,
While searching your name on Google, I came upon this obituary for Jo. I am sorry to hear of your loss, and I hope that you will be comforted by the many memories of your lovely wife. Fifty-eight years together is a wonderful legacy. I felt so honored when you once trusted me to carry one of your twins on the stairs at school (when they came to visit the class. Though you may not remember me, I was in your 7P homeroom at Seneca Jr. High in Louisville (1961-62). You were, and have remained, my favorite teacher of all time. Seventh grade was a year that I felt my intellect expand as never before, so I thank you for your role in that. May your remaining years be blessed until you are reunited with your beloved Jo.

They renewed their vows at 25 years, in Wales. For their 50th, they renewed their vows where they first said "I do" - at 4th Ave UMC.

Same photo. It's one of her favorite photos of herself. The CJ Society Page editor picked this photo from her engagement, and covered the wedding.

A favorite place again, England, with her favorite person, our Dad, Leicester R. Moïse. They gave small tours of the English Countryside.

The time of the memorial is 6:00pm.
Mom was a graduate of duPont Manual High School and Alumn of Hanover college, she was innovator of early childhood education for threes, known as "Miss Jo" to hundreds over her decades of teaching. She owned an art gallery named Brass Rubbings and Gifts, where she taught the art of brass rubbing and calligraphy.
We are grateful for all the healing hands who gave Mom health to be present and live her life fully, especially those at Norton Hospital and with Hosparus.
