Joann Watson Obituary
She was born in Jeffersonville and was a retired employee of Philip Morris in Louisville.
She was preceded in death by her father, Alvin Ray Colvin Sr.
Survivors include her husband, Ronald F. Watson Sr.; son, Ronald F. Watson Jr. (Tonya) of Lexington, KY; daughter, Helen Arlene Watson (John) of Charlestown, IN; her mother, Rita Arlene Colvin of Charlestown; four grandchildren, Ronald Andrew Watson, Morgan Michelle Watson, John Andrew Watson II and Brooke Lynn Watson, and her faithful canine companion, Polly Mae.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Chapman Funeral Home, 431 W. Harrison Ave., Clarksville, IN, with entombment to follow at Walnut Ridge Cemetery in Jeffersonville. Visitation will be 1-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home and after 9 a.m. Thursday.
