Kathey Forden Obituary
She was a member of Beechland Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ellis and Fay Blanton; and brothers, Tim and Jackie.
She is survived by her husband, Richard; children, Stacy Cavanaugh (Kent), Tracy Fentress (Scott) and Casey Dwayne (Andrea); grandchildren: Jonathon, Sidney, Tristan, Matthew, Alyssa, Chris, Jacob, Sean, Gage, Brady, Loren, Tanor, Emily, Emma, Marissa, Jesse and Frankie; siblings, Ellis, Linda, Judy and Kim; and her close friend, Donna.
Her service will be noon Friday at W. G. Hardy Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 10907 Dixie Hwy., with burial in Bethany Memorial Cemetery. Visitation is 2-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.

My deepest sympathy. What wonderful memories my family has with you girls and Kathey. Such a big part of our lives for many years. What a wonderful Mother. I'll never forget all the things we did together, school functions, birthday parties and winning the freshman volleyball league at PRP. We didn't know a thing about volleyball at that time. Take comfort in knowing that Kathey put her kids first, she was always there for you growing up, and it reflects in the kind of Mothers you are today. I am so sorry. Stacy and Tracy, I love you.
