My deepest sympathy goes out to the family of Mike Harris. I will keep you all in my prayers. Mike and I came to ISU together as freshman playing b-ball. We were roommates on road trips and we did everything together until I couldn't play ball anymore because of my heart condition. You were there with me when b-ball was taken away and I nearly died. Now I can't believe you are gone, but I know you are in a better place with the Lord. I will always love you and remember those times we shared as brothers.
I pray continuous blessings for the Harris family in your time of sorrow. May the Lord continue to keep you in His hand. God will not give you more than you are able to handle and He will not give you more than you can bare. God bless!

I don't ever think I will understand or believe that you are gone. I have known you for so long, so many laughs, so many jokes and serious talks. You mean so much to Nayland, myself and so many more! I last saw Mike in 2001 at ISU and we hung out and played BBall in the arena and he still had that jumper and that big smile. I will never forget you dawg! Mike Harrris!

Mike was a teammate of mine at ISU. I always enjoyed Mike's company and his great big smile, he was always such a level headed individual. His death is a real shock. My deepest sympathy to his family.

Mike it just doesn't seem real to me that you are gone. How can your smile no longer be? How can your beautiful eyes be closed forever? To my belovedth cousin, I Love you Mike Lawyler and I will always cherish the time we had together. There where never a bad moment it was always good and fun times. Your laugh always made everybody else laugh because it was so annoying. The time you spend with Tyler was truly appreciated and he will miss you dearly. My deepest sympathy goes out to the Harris family. I've known Mike since the Gardenside days hoopin and laughin. I played football and ran track with "Big Mike" at JHS. I didn't get to make it to the funeral because I had to bury my uncle the same day. Mike thanks for the memories, I will cherish them the rest of my life. "Boat" JHS class of 1994

I met Mike in May when we all went to Bike Week in Myrtle Beach. As soon as I saw him walk out that door I knew I was going to like him. He got in the truck and the roasting started (smile) we fought and cracked jokes on each other for the entire time we were there. I last saw Mike in October and I am so sad that that it was the last time I saw him. I didn't make it to the funeral because I wanted to remember him like the last time I saw him, smiling with those big pretty eyes. R.I.P. MIKE Keep watch over us when we are on that highway on our bikes. C.P.R. misses you and so do I !!!
