Michael Mann Obituary
Todd was born in Louisville to James Von Mann and Shirley (Horrell) Frost. Todd had been a driver for Suburban Transportation.
He was preceded in death by his father.
Survivors include his son, Chasten Michael Mann; his mother, Shirley (Horrell) Frost; his maternal grandmother, Christine Wimsatt; a half sister, Stacy Bennett; and a nephew, Dylan Roberts.
Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Thursday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy., with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation: 2 - 8 p.m. Wednesday. Online condolences: owenfuneralhome.com

We were born only two months apart, yet too many miles my dear cousin. I cherish the memories of our trips to Kentucky and yours to Connecticut. You were so tender hearted and easy going, you would probably cringe if I told everyone I could even talk you into playing barbies with me when we were kids, just because you loved me. I remember running that path between your house and Mema's old house when we were playing outside, your love of snakes and metal music, your laugh, your heart...I feel so incredibly sad we had to grow up so far apart. Aunt Shirley, especially now that I am a Mother, I cannot say enough how much my heart aches for you and I love you. Mema, Stacy, Chase, Dylan, Lorie and Alyssa, I wish we were there with all of you. The miles never change the love in my heart. Fly happy and free sweet cousin, until we meet again-

I'm still in shock. God took a true earth angel!!! You were very dear friend to me for over 20 years. I will always hold a place in my heart for you! Always! Anytime I needed a friend you were always there. Although the distance kept us apart we would talk until the phone died , we never missed a beat. My heart is breaking but I couldn't imagine the pain your mother and sister and most of all your son is going through. I will continue to send prayers their way! Todd,my heart goes 2 ur son,family,and friends.looking through the guestbook,my "friendship"/"history with Todd was similar 2 a few of the others, we became friends when i was around17 and he drove his Beretta and would drive us around all night long and listen 2 the radio LOUD with a smile on his face.(1 i wont 4get)I have great memories when i think of our friendship.Unfortunately now im forced 2 realize that it was a short time spent 2gether like alot of friendships are due to life changes 4 whatever reason and i feel bad and wish we had kept n touch over the years!its so unfortunate when we take the time 2 think about regrets, wouldas,shouldas, n definitely couldas when its 2 late.RIP Todd,Ill never 4get u! It feels unreal that you are gone and we never got to reconnect on this earth..lots of really wonderful memories of summers there and here; we know who you are inside my sweet cousin; a kind, beautiful soul. We wanted to be there to see you off; feels unjust to not honor you in person and be by the family's side...You have always been so close in my heart. Aunt Shirley, Chase, Stace, Dylan, and Mema, wish we could be close to hold you and cry with you and share your sorrow. Todd was very loved by this family, even so far away..Love you too...

todd the great times growing up. telling me you name was mike to me telling him there only one mike. hanging back at ponds in back of the hood. club houses and the football and softball games at Conway middle school. the crazy inventions you and willie arnoald came up with my favorite was the couch bike with chopper forks made.. when you two came down the road wobbleing every where got in front eric,s Dolton we all jump on eric , bobbie, me, and georgie and fell totally apart we all laugh. and time we played football in my front yard and willie cut open his knee on glass you carring him home you be sadly miss.........

I Rember Todd in Fifth grade sat behind me and pulled my hair.Then when got home we were out pkaying in conways field.The Neighborhood as we all called it because we rulled it.as we grew older I ran into todd and he never changed a bit still same old todd.He was a good friend to all that knew him.I'm blessed to have known him since childhood.and Im blessed to have such great memories.will miss u dearly Todd .....
